I've come to realize the last person who held my hand... is always going to be my best friend.

I am listening to...all the students around me talking at once.

I am wearing...this top and this skirt because I'm meeting with admissions and financial aid at UCLA today.

My best friend... isn't going to be around for a while. I'm not sure how to deal with that.

I woke up this morning... thinking about waffles.

Before I go to bed at night... I check the Associated Press for anything new, brush my teeth, wash my face, pick out my clothes because my color coordination doesn't kick in until after four cups of coffee, write in my journal and turn out the lights

Right now I am thinking about... Getting financial aid.

Babies are... Tasty when properly seasoned? Um. They're nice. They're cute and nice. The truth? I wouldn't know. I'm an only child and I'm not the babysitting type.

Today... I spent most of the day lost in L.A.

Tonight I will...I don't have any plans yet.

Tomorrow I will... Try and get familiar with this town.

I really want... a strawberry milkshake. That's what I want right now more than anything. Beyond that? Like 'what do I want out of life? Love? The next Presidential election?' I have no idea. I just moved cross country away from my family and friends to start over and I'm a little more focused on that 'have to's than the 'want to's.

It's hot. So very, very hot.

Of course that could be because it's nearly June and the landlord is way too cheap to put in a decent air conditioning unit.

Nothing is more hideous. It's the pits of Hell that stretch out in an endless horizon...

Wait, no. It's just the lighting of the Talon first thing in the morning. It really does look like a color blind brain donor picked out the decor. Nothing says 'classy' like an Egyptian motif highlighted with purple, blue and pink neon. It's enough to give a person a siezure.

Demons. Demons. More demons than just any one person can fight. They're crawling all over everything. Can't move. Surrounded by demons blocking the path to salvation...

If one more person gets between Chloe and the coffee people are going to start losing limbs. There is absolutely no point whatsoever in living directly over a coffee shop if you can't take cuts in line. A lot of cuts. In front of everyone.

I guess my point, and I do have one, is this: when you can die and resurrect and die and resurrect again and again, the line between life and afterlife gets really blurry.
